No. While the event is organized by the Anakage team, Automate 2026 is not a product showcase or sales event. Speaker selection is neutral, sessions are practitioner-led, and vendor-driven talks are intentionally filtered out.
Anakage is organizing Automate 2026 to learn directly from on-the-ground digital workplace practitioners about how the industry is evolving and what real challenges need to be solved next. We believe the most valuable insights come from practitioners working hands-on with systems, users, and automation every day. By creating a neutral, community-led forum, Anakage aims to listen, learn, and understand emerging needs, while enabling cross-pollination of ideas across roles and disciplines. The conference is an investment in shared learning and long-term community growth, not product promotion.

Anyone from the digital workplace and IT operations ecosystem can submit a proposal, including practitioners, independent professionals, and students. Speaking is not a paid engagement and selection is based purely on merit.
All submissions are reviewed by a neutral panel of practitioners from varied fields. Talks are evaluated based on practical relevance, originality, clarity, and alignment with the conference tracks, including Gen AI in the Field.

Yes. Automate 2026 includes a student and emerging voices track, encouraging fresh perspectives on the future of IT, AI, and connected technologies.
The Student Track welcomes ideas, explorations, and hands-on projects focused on the future of digital workplaces. Example topics include Generative AI use cases, observability in IoT systems, automation concepts, digital experience improvements, security and privacy challenges, and other emerging technologies. Working demos, prototypes, or proof-of-concepts—even if early-stage—will be given priority, as the focus is on learning through experimentation and original thinking rather than polished products.
No. Speaking at Automate 2026 is voluntary and community-driven. The goal is knowledge sharing and peer learning, not commercial promotion.
Yes. Select talks will be recognized based on audience engagement and impact, celebrating practical contributions rather than popularity or promotion.
